Do you have a minimum order quantity? 

  • No, we don't. You can shop with us as little as buying one product each time through our transactional website. 

Do you offer a discount on large orders? 

  • From time to time we may run promotional offers, please subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of our homepage. 

 

PAYMENTS

Do you offer Invoice purchasing?

For existing clients:

  • Yes, please refer to your already established terms, or speak to your existing account manager. 

For new clients/customers:

  • If you are new to our business and buying in small quantities, please use our e-commerce for the quickest way to receive your order. 

  • For our first time customers who require a large number of goods, we use a pro forma invoice. Please, contact us directly on sales@ppesupplycompany.co.uk.

DELIVERY

How is your delivery charge calculated?

  • Our delivery charges are calculated depending on the weight of the product(s) you order and the location. You will be able to see the options and select the preferred delivery method at checkout. 

  • Do you offer next day delivery? Yes, we do on all goods that are in stock and are labelled "Ready to Ship" to UK Mainland only.

Do you offer free delivery?

  • If your order is over £100 we offer free delivery service to UK Mainland only for goods that are currently in stock and aren't on the pre-order basis. Please call our Sales Team on 0203 326 7357 or speak to your Account Manager if you have further questions

What are your delivery times & costs?

  • Our standard orders are processed and sent within 2-3 days to UK Mainland. We use courier services where possible. For small orders, we may use Royal Mail Service.
  • If you are based outside of UK Mainland, the delivery may vary and other charges may apply. For exact quote, please contact your Account Manager or call our Sales Team. 
  • If you buy our goods in large quantities, we will notify you of the exact delivery time, delivery costs and availability via email. 

What if one of my products is on back order or out of stock, when will I receive my order? 

  • We will get your order to you as soon as possible even if it means we have to split your order into two or more packages due to the items being out of stock or on back order. You only pay one delivery fee - we will take care of the rest. 

  • For any backorders or out of stock items, we will notify you with the approximate time of delivery. 

Do you deliver outside the UK?

For orders via our e-commerce:

  • Yes, if you are using our e-commerce, you will see our delivery charges calculated at checkout.

  • If you are buying from outside of UK Mainland - Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Offshore (Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight), varied charges may apply - please contact our sales team for your quote today. 

  • If you are buying from an EU country, a flat rate charge of £15* will be added to the total of your shipping costs.

  • If you are buying from the Rest of the World, a flat rate charge of £30* will be added to the total of your shipping costs.

*Please note that certain bespoke or bulky products may fall outside of this delivery charge, please check with the Account Manager handling your order or discuss with a member of our Customer Care team.

For large or bespoke orders:

  • Yes, we can deliver abroad. For large or bespoke order quantities, we can estimate your delivery charge with our courier providers. Please contact our Sales Team with product specifications on sales@ppesupplycompany.co.uk or call 0203 326 7357.

 

NON-FAULTY RETURNS

What is your Returns Policy?

  • Returns of non-faulty goods will only be accepted at the sole discretion of and with prior written permission of the Company. Permission must be obtained within 24 hours from the time of delivery. If permission is granted then the Customer will be refunded in full. Where the Company agrees to the return of non-faulty Goods, such items must be returned in the agreed time frame.

  • The Goods shall remain at the Customer's risk at all times unless and until the Company has retaken possession of them and the Customer shall comprehensively insure the Goods against loss or damage by accident, fire, theft or other risks usually covered by insurance in the type of business carried out by the Account Customer.

  • The Customer is responsible for the Costs and Delivery of the Goods they wish to return the following required measures to guarantee the safe return of the Goods. All returned Goods must be in original packaging without any signs of damage or use and other Conditions previously specified.

 

AMENDING AN ORDER & CANCELLATIONS

 How do I cancel an existing order?

  • If your order hasn't been processed/shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Please, be aware we can't guarantee we will be able to cancel your order.

  • If you order has already been shipped or delivered, get in touch with us to arrange a Non-Faulty Return. Please, be aware you may have to cover the postal and insurance charges for sending the goods back to us. For further details about our Non-Faulty Return Policy please refer to clause 16 in Terms & Conditions.

How do I amend an existing order? 

  • If your order hasn't been processed/shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Please, be aware we can't guarantee we will be able to amend your order.

  • If you order has been shipped or delivered, get in touch with us to arrange a Non-faulty return. Please, be aware you may have to cover the postal and insurance charges for sending the goods back to us.

OTHER

How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

We will be sad to see you go, but we understand changes in circumstances so, therefore, you have a couple of options: 

  • Unsubscribe directly through your inbox - at the bottom of each email, you will be able to find a link that will take you to the options.
  • Contact us directly. One of our team members will manually remove your email address from our mailing list.
